Give us your old shoes; we will donate a pair to a child in need.
Bata India’s CSR campaign “Stride with Pride” has been launched with a focus that ‘No Child should go barefoot’. In view of this the Bata company approached Mount Carmel Central School and encouraged the students to collect old pairs of shoes and donate it to the underprivileged children in the society. Many of the students voluntarily came forward with old pair of shoes for which BATA rewarded them with a pairs of white socks and badges. This kind of good deed and generosity was appreciated by the school and the company.
