23 Aug An hour of dire need – Strike the chords of Compassion
Karnataka and Kerala recently hit by torrential rains for the last two weeks rendered many shelter less and refugees. At the request of the school to the parents, the relief material in kind and cash has been poured in abundantly, based on the requirements of the victims.
The collection in cash Rs.193,456/- and kind – 3356 biscuit packets, 824 packets of rusk, 2214 cakes of bath soap, 711 washing soap, 545 blankets, 1235 toothpastes, 731 tooth brushes, 86 mineral water bottles, stationery and many other miscellaneous items have been shared with the victims of floods and landslides both at Kodagu and Kerala through the NGO’s and Coastguards.
