Mount Carmel Central School partners with Green Bank Primary School, UK

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL AWARD:

Mount Carmel Central School is the proud recipient of International School Award : 2010 - 2013 conferred by the British Council. The School is heading steadily towards Global School Partnership with a School in U.K namely Green Bank School, Rochadale which will contribute towards Global dimension in education.

Mount Carmel Central School partners with:

Both the schools shall undertake two joint curriculum projects:

1. Festivals and related Dances of UK and India

2. Taking Care of the Environment - Conserving water and plant life

The staff and the students of both schools will work on these projects for about 5 years which include mutual visits of staff, members and exchange of ideas, photos, videos related to the projects.

These projects will enhance learning among the students of diverse cultural heritage of both the countries and environment.
