
Code of Conduct
CODE OF CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE
All the pupils must abide by the school rules of conduct and discipline and must bear in mind the following points:
- Pupils should be punctual and regular.
- Pupils should be in correct, neat, clean and tidy uniform.
- Books or Magazines not approved by the school authorities must not be brought into the school; in case they are brought, they shall be confiscated.
- Speaking in English is a “must” when in school.
The respective language must be used during the language classes. - The primary civic duty is to guard public property. School property is public property and care should be taken to protect it. Any damage done to school property must be made good by the parent or guardian of the child.
- No Collection of money for any purpose is allowed without the prior permission of the Principal.
- Every student must have a minimum of 85% attendance to be eligible to appear for the annual exams/be promoted to the next class.
- Applications for leave during the last few days of any term will not be entertained. If, owing to illness, a pupil cannot attend, a medical certificate must be submitted.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school campus without the Principal's written consent during school hours. They are not allowed to leave their classrooms without their Teacher's consent.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol/use of drugs is a punishable offence. Instant expulsion will be the consequence of such an action.
- Students should not carry mobile phones to school, if found with mobiles, the same will be confiscated and returned only at the end of the year.
